I was certified under the comprehensive tutelage of Alan Herdman. Apart from having worked in Alan’'s studio and having taught popular mat classes in a Physiotherapy Clinic in Battersea, I now teach at studios in Notting Hill and Islington. I also instruct a wide variety of clients privately in and around London.

My expertise includes individual assessments, tailored 1:1 training, remedial & rehabilitative instruction, pre- and post- natal training, group mat classes and reformer & mixed apparatus classes.

Monica is also a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths.
